Resetting your password

  1. Click here to open the password recovery area of our website.
  2. Type your Trillian username and email address and click Request.
  3. An email will be sent to your registered Trillian email address with further instructions.
Because your third-party IM account passwords are encrypted using a key derived from your Trillian password, all third-party IM account usernames and passwords will be cleared during the password reset process and will need to be re-added after you gain access to your account.
If your company runs its own Trillian Server, we don't have access to your account information and can't help recover passwords! Talk to your company's Trillian administrator if you need a hand.
