Exporting user chat history

1. From Users and Groups, double click the user whose chat history you wish to export.
2. Click Chat History. A list of all conversations stored on behalf of this user will be visible. Click Tasks > Export All Chat History to export every conversation for this user:
   
3. Or double click the specific conversation you wish to export. Click Tasks > Export Day to export the selected day or Tasks > Export All to export the entire conversation:
