Trillian bugs all go into our bug reporting system called "Bugzilla" where bug reporters work directly with the software developers. It's easy! You'll need our Bugzilla password to get in, and then you'll create your own Bugzilla account. You can then search existing bug reports and submit new bug reports. You may be asked to provide more information later, after your bug has been reviewed.

My bug is marked as fixed, but it is still broken.
It may be fixed for a future version, or for a version you have not updated to yet. Our developers may have marked it as "FIXED" because they fixed it for the next build.
How do I see if my bug has been fixed?
Click on the bug, resolution will be "FIXED". If you have not noticed the fix yet, it may be fixed for a future version. Wait to try it in the next build before you consider reopening the bug.
What do the different bug statuses mean?
"WAITING" means we want more info. "LATER means it will most likely not be fixed in this release. "CANTFIX" is something we wont be able to fix, sorry. "WORKSFORME" means the developer tried to reproduce, however it did not, so you may reopen with more information. "INVALID" means it does not seem to be a bug, you may reopen if you disagree. "FIXED" means it is fixed and should be fixed in the next build.
I responded to a bug, but its still closed. Why?
You should reopen it if you respond and you wish the developers to see. Developers may close bugs that have not had any activity.
How long does it take for a bug to be fixed?
It varies depending on the severity and impact on other users.
I responded to a bug but didnt get a response back from a developer. Why?
Check to see if the bug is closed. If you are still having a problem, reopen the bug with a comment indicating that you are still having the problem. Be sure to be descriptive.
