Trillian Pro 3.x customers who do not wish to upgrade to Trillian Astra 4.x should submit a support ticket using our 3.x support area.

Customers of our free software are invited to submit their technical problems but we cannot guarantee a response to every submission, especially during periods of heavy support volume. Self-service support can be obtained in our community-driven Trillian Discussion Forums, where your answer is sometimes just one search away.
