Astra Accounts are new for 4.x and you'll need to create one if you haven't done so. You can't use any Trillian 3.1 logins with the new version. You can import your purchase history when you create your account.
Your username is different from your email address. You can have all of your Astra Accounts emailed to you by choosing Retrieve your lost username from our account management page.
By answering your security question you can recover your password using the Retrieve your lost password link on our account management page. If you can't remember your security answer, take a guess -- if you're wrong, you'll then be shown the option to reset your password.
