Determining Your BlackBerry Model

1. Go to your BlackBerry Home Screen.

2. Choose "Options" Icon.

3. Select "About".

4. Look for the model on the first line, e.g. "BlackBerry 9000".

4. Look for the first number on the third line, e.g. "v4.7.0.291" would be OS 4.7.
